The description said it has a tilt feature. It does not. The back reclines, but the seat doesn't tilt back the way every office chair since 1995 has been able to. I wanted a seat that both tilts and reclines, but this isn't it. Also it has noticeable lumbar support, even without the extra pillow. That may be a perk for some people but I hate it.
